Collaborators Micheal Nourot and Ann Corcoran have been making works in glass since 1974. The Nourot’s son, Nicholas has been a part of the studio since 2004. As part of the new generation of studio trained artisans, Nicholas brings a fresh and youthful outlook. As they look forward to their fourth decade in business they continue to create masterful works that are truly unique and stunning. Glassmakers to Pope John Paul II, the US Air Force, US Presidents and widely collected by Fine Galleries, Museums and Corporations worldwide. Nourot Glass Studio is known for outstanding quality and value combined within vivid passionate colors and original designs. Every piece is a unique, original work. They are all completely hand formed at the bench and no two are ever exactly duplicated.
Scarlet Nova Series - Perhaps the most recognizable in the Nourot Family of Designs. Scarlet Nova™ was named when this brilliant shade of red was attained and mixed with the swirl or "nova" pattern.

Placer Series - One of the newest creations to come from the Nourot Studios in recent years. The Placer finish is named for the Placer Gold Fields in California. Each work is created with 6 - 7 sheets of Gold, drizzled with a special Metallic Red Glass and then fumed with more Gold to create that wonderful iridescent quality. Truly Distinctive!!

The Micheal Lamp
We are very fortunate to have one of the lamps made by Micheal Nourot prior to his retirement in 2012. It’s fun, funky and harkens back to Art Deco days.
